Brian Hartline, WR, Miami Dolphins

FANTASY FOOTBALL ANALYSIS
Brian Hartline had a breakout performance in the fourth week of the season, totaling 253 yards on 12 catches and a touchdown, sparking nearly every league in the fantasy world to pick him up. In ppr leagues, he was fairly useful, but if in standard leagues, he was consistently not very good. He totaled 1083 yards on 74 catches with just 1 touchdown.
One touchdown? That’s too bad. You know what else is too bad? The acquisitions of Mike Wallace and Brandon Gibson.
Brian Hartline is just one guy that I don’t care for this year. With Wallace, Gibson, as well as Davone Bess, how are there going to be enough balls to go around from a second year QB, who didn’t exactly burst onto the scene last year in Ryan Tannehill. Even if Hartline ends up being the second best receiver in that group, he still is only worth being a WR4 and nothing more. He possesses great hands and got plenty of looks last year, but they could be few and far between in 2013.
