Former Defensive Player of the Year, James Harrison, is a Bengal

NFL News: The Cincinnati Bengals have signed former defensive player of the year, James Harrison, to a two-year deal.

Fantasy Ramifications: The Bengals defense finished 6th overall last year and have kept that defense mostly intact for 2013. And while James Harrison is 35 and way past his prime, he still has a lot to give. He isn’t an every down linebacker at this stage of his career but in limited snaps, he could very effective. Last year Harrison amassed 6 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and 70 tackles over 13 games.

This should bump up the Bengals defense in our rankings a little and make them very attractive to draft after the big names (Seahawks, 49ers, Bears) are snatched up.
