Chicago Cubs Sign Anthony Rizzo To Seven-Year Extension

The Chicago Cubs, according to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports’, have signed first baseman Anthony Rizzo to a seven-year, $41 million deal with two club options which could make the contract worth a total close to $73 million. The contract, if ran in full, would conclude after the 2019 season.
