The San Diego Chargers have signed linebacker Thomas Keiser who was let go by the Carolina Panthers a few days prior. Keiser can also play DE and could be an impact player for the Chargers who are desperate for pass rushers at the moment. Thomas was an undrafted rookie out of Stanford in 2011 and recorded 4 sacks that year for the Panthers. But in 2012, an elbow injury cost him most of the season. He could be a rotational OLB/DE and is also adept for special teams duties.
