Starks should move to the top of the Chargers offensive line depth chart. He will start at left tackle providing much needed support for Rivers’ blind side. But don’t be fooled Bolt fans, Starks isn’t what he used to be. Even though he’s the best option you have, it doesn’t make him a great option. In 2012, with the Steelers, he was one of the leagues worst rated offensive tackles allowing 40 hurries according to Pro Football Focus.
To make room for Starks, the Chargers parted ways with OT Kevin Haslam. Haslam spent time rotating along the offensive line in 2012 and will likely catch on with another team to compete for a job in 2013.
