3.29 New England Patriots Duron Harmon DB, Rutgers

With the 29th pick of the 3rd round the New England Patriots took Duron Harmon, defensive back out of Rutgers. Harmon possesses good coverage skills and is someone who’s not afraid to come up and support the run. Some considered this pick to be a bit of a reach by the Patriots, but Bill Belichick got his guy. Harmon should compete for some snaps at safety this year and contribute on special teams.

Jason, while some consider it a stretch, getting your guy at this point in the draft is sometimes better then grabbing the best on board. If you get your guy you not only filled your need, but got the exact person to fill the need that you wanted. What do you think?
