Rams Extend Long Snapper Jake McQuaide For Four Years

The St. Louis Rams gave a four-year extension to their long snapper, LB Jake McQuaide. McQuaide, an UDFA out of Ohio State back in 2011 will now be under contract through the 2017 season.

And don’t go dismissing a transaction like this, if you have ever seen your team lose their long snapper mid-game/season due to an injury it can get pretty ugly fast. The Rams hopefully won’t have to worry about this position for a “long” time.
