Cincinnati Bengals Ink First Rounder Tyler Eifert

Tyler Eifert, the 21st overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft has agreed with the Cincinnati Bengals on a four-year contract. Eifert has been making a “big impression” during this off-season’s OTA’s and has convinced coaches and teammates alike that he has a bright future in the league.

Eifert will pair with Jermaine Gresham to form a formidable 1-2 combo, with the rookie being the more prominent player in the passing game. Neither are expected to make a major impact in 2013 for fantasy football tight ends with neither being projected to be anything more than a low-TE1 in deeper fantasy leagues. And quite frankly, that is probably wishful thinking.
