The Houston Rockets waived a pair of forwards, guard/forward James Anderson and forward Tim Ohlbrecht. Of the two, only Anderson got any regular playing time in 2012, averaging 10.6 minutes in 29 games while hitting .440 from the floor and averaging less than 4 points per game. Neither players departure should affect the team much. Ironically, both have been claimed by the Philadelphia 76ers.
