The NFL has fined Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh yet again, this time $31,500 for a hit that he put on Cleveland Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden. Ironically, the Lions were not penalized in last Sunday’s victory over the fine-worthy play.
Being a disruptive character for the first few years of his career, he has brought a much deserved, yet almost unfair watch from the NFL brass that has now fined him a total of seven times in his career. Including a two-game suspension, his total cash loss is over $374,000.
Look for quarterback Andy Dalton of the Cincinnati Bengals to feel the pressure of the motivated Suh in Week 7 as he continues to grow into his role as a team captain and defensive master on the Detroit defensive line.
