Will Gregory Polanco Make His MLB Debut For The Pirates Soon?

Since the start of the minor league season for Gregory Polanco, it’s been cake. He’s taken the pitching in the International League to town with a line of .350/.411/.548 while with Triple-A Indianapolis. He’s also totaled 46 RBI in just 55 games. Not to mention, he’s also helped out with 14 stolen bases. Polanco should be a fantasy stat monster when he does get called up by the Pittsburgh Pirates.

All season, he’s been one of the top prospects to watch and his time might finally be here. It’s possible that during the next Pirates home stand which starts on June 6th, he could be ready. Pittsburgh is likely waiting for the Super 2 deadline to pass so they can save some money and keep a little more control on his future with the club.

If you are in need of an offensive boost and he’s still available, pick him up right away. Because if you wait till the call comes to fruition, it will be too late. He’s a multi-stat fantasy dream waiting to happen and could help out with your teams average, runs, RBI and stolen base categories.
