The New York Jets came to terms with former Raiders 4th round pick Bruce Campbell yesterday. Campbell, who had mocked as high as the 2nd round by some experts during his last season at Maryland, has the prototypical size to play Tackle in the league but has failed to turn that into quality play. After being trade by the Raiders to Carolina in 2012 for RB Mike Goodson, he went on to play five games for the Panthers before being waived a year ago. Coming out of college the major concern with Campbell was whether or not he could find success at the pro level. If the Jets can turn his career around the could potentially have added a great piece to an already solid offensive line unit for next to nothing.
